I'm an engineer turned holistic health consultant and I'm on a mission to help you live your happiest and healthiest life.

I guide professional women like yourself, particularly those aged 40 and above, to deepen their understanding of their body's intricate systems. This involves exploring the finer points of nutrition, hormones, and stress management. My aim is to empower you with the knowledge to restore balance enabling you to lose weight permanently and feel amazing.

For the past three decades, I've dedicated myself to unraveling the underlying causes of hormonal imbalances. With the inquisitive mindset of an engineer, I meticulously uncover these root issues. Through my own unique fusion of naturopathic approach, Ayurveda, yoga, and neuroscience, I've not only transformed my own life but also that of my clients.

Having personally lost over 47 pounds and assisted clients in losing weight and come off medications for antidepressants, cholesterol, diabetes, and anxiety.... I've witnessed firsthand the profound impact this journey has on individuals and their families.

Women are often the heart of the household, playing a crucial role in shaping the health and well-being of their families. By empowering women to live their best and healthiest lives, I am also helping to educate entire families about nutrition and lifestyle choices that promote health.

My journey into holistic health began out of necessity. By the age of 28, I had been diagnosed with hypothyroidism, low growth hormone, pre-diabetes, insulin resistance, PCOS, and other hormonal imbalances. Frustrated with traditional medicine and seeing my health, vitality, and happiness slip away, I felt desperate for answers that conventional approaches couldn’t provide.

Determined to reclaim my health, I turned to holistic doctors and practitioners, including nutritionists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and naturopathic doctors. Over the course of 20 years, I explored various approaches and eventually found the solutions that worked for me. I successfully reversed all my health issues, lost weight, and kept it off.

This journey should not have taken 20 years and over $100,000 to figure out. It should not be so difficult to find answers and achieve optimal health. I felt compelled to share my experiences and knowledge with other women, to let them know they don't have to accept poor health as their fate. Symptoms are your body's way of communicating that something needs to be addressed.

My mission is to help other women avoid the long, costly path I took. I want to provide them with the tools and knowledge to achieve their health goals more efficiently and affordably. You don't need to live with chronic symptoms or believe it's just a part of getting older. There is a better way, and I'm here to guide you through it.

I struggled with maintaining a healthy weight for three decades.

If I was super active, I could just about manage to keep the weight off. But as I got older it became harder and harder to maintain my weight no matter how much exercise I was doing. I remember the day I put on my favorite jeans, and I couldn’t zip them up.

I felt like such a failure. I was embarrassed and ashamed that I had to go buy the next size up. As I put on more weight I wondered if it was just part of getting OLDER. Or maybe it was my genetics.

Deep down I was unhappy. I didn’t feel attractive.

And I didn’t like the way I felt. Was I doomed to always being overweight?

I tried EVERYTHING to lose weight. Diet shakes, Keto, Beachbody workouts/diets, Paleo… to name just a few. But nothing worked. I’d maybe lose some weight but it would all pile back on again.

That was until my doctor mentioned something about STRESS. My engineer's mind kicked in. Was STRESS the real root cause of my weight problem and if so what are all the stressors that need to be look at? If you think about it, the body is a COMPLEX system.

Symptoms are like the warning lights on your car telling you something is wrong. Putting a band-aid over the lights so you don’t see them any more isn’t going to solve the problem. Eventually the problem becomes worse.

Or another light goes off. And there is a new problem. Through my investigation & research I learned about the endocrine system, the liver, & digestion. I started a new regime, eliminating all the stressors I found.

And guess what?

My metabolism increased, and I began LOSING

WEIGHT without even trying!!

It was just happening on its own.

I was amazed how easy it was after struggling for so many years. After 7 months I’d lost 25 lbs. And this time I kept it OFF. In fact I lost another 17 lbs and I’ve never felt happier, fitter & more energized in my life!
