I guide professional women like yourself, particularly those aged 35 and above, to deepen their understanding of their body's intricate systems. This involves exploring the finer points of nutrition, hormones, and stress management. My aim is to empower you with the knowledge to restore balance enabling you to feel amazing and thrive at any age.
For the past three decades, I've dedicated myself to unraveling the underlying causes of hormonal imbalances, digestive health, metabolic health, and menopause symptoms. With the inquisitive mindset of an engineer, I meticulously uncover these root issues. Through my own unique fusion of naturopathic approach, Ayurveda, yoga, and neuroscience, I've not only transformed my own life but also that of my clients.
Having personally lost over 47 pounds and come off all medications. I've assisted clients in losing weight, resolving digestive issues, eliminating menopause symptoms, and come off medications for antidepressants, cholesterol, diabetes, and anxiety.... I've witnessed firsthand the profound impact this journey has on women and their families.



Women are often the heart of the household, playing a crucial role in shaping the health and well-being of their families. By empowering women to live their best and healthiest lives, I am also helping to educate entire families about nutrition and lifestyle choices that promote health.
My journey into holistic health began out of necessity. By the age of 28, I had been diagnosed with hypothyroidism, low growth hormone, pre-diabetes, insulin resistance, PCOS, and other hormonal imbalances. Frustrated with traditional medicine and seeing my health, vitality, and happiness slip away, I felt desperate for answers that conventional approaches couldn’t provide.
Determined to reclaim my health, I turned to holistic doctors and practitioners, including nutritionists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and naturopathic doctors. Over the course of 20 years, I explored various approaches and eventually found the solutions that worked for me. I successfully reversed all my health issues.
This journey should not have taken 20 years and over $100,000 to figure out. It shouldn't be so difficult to find answers and achieve optimal health. I felt compelled to share my experiences and knowledge with other women, to let them know they don't have to accept their current health struggles as their fate.

I’ve spent most of my life studying the human body — not from a place of curiosity, but from necessity.
From an early age, my immune system was in a constant state of reactivity. By my twenties, that had evolved into chronic infections, hormone imbalances, and a growing list of symptoms that no one could fully explain. I was moving from specialist to specialist, collecting diagnoses… but never real answers.
Eventually, deeper testing revealed thyroid dysfunction, insulin resistance, and growth hormone deficiency. For the first time, there was validation — a clinical explanation for what I was experiencing.

But even with treatment, something didn’t add up.
On paper, my labs looked fine. But I didn't feel fine.
The weight was piling on, I'd catch any virus going around, I'd spend the weekend in my pajamas resting from total exhaustion, chronic UTI's, migraine headaches...the list was endless.
I knew something wasn’t right and I was tired of settling for the status quo of managing my symptoms.
So I began to approach my health differently — less like a patient following protocols, and more like a systems engineer asking deeper questions. Instead of focusing on isolated symptoms, I started looking at how everything was interconnected: gut health, hormone signaling, immune response, and the nervous system.
Looking at health through an integrated systems lens changed everything.
As I supported my body at the root cause level, my energy returned. My symptoms resolved. My body began to function the way it was designed to.
As I moved through perimenopause, I saw how many high-performing women were facing the same frustration — doing all the “right” things, yet still not feeling their best.
That’s when I realized WHY I had struggled for so many years. I was meant to learn and teach women how to THRIVE and live life to the fullest.
Today, I guide women through a more personalized approach to health — one that goes beyond surface-level solutions to uncover what’s truly driving their symptoms.
Because when you understand what your symptoms are signaling you can finally stop managing them and address the root cause.
