From an early age, my immune system was in a constant state of reactivity. By my twenties, that had evolved into chronic infections, hormone imbalances, and a growing list of symptoms that no one could fully explain. I was moving from specialist to specialist, collecting diagnoses… but never real answers.
On paper, my labs looked fine. But I didn't feel fine.
So I began to approach my health differently — less like a patient following protocols, and more like a systems engineer asking deeper questions. Instead of focusing on isolated symptoms, I started looking at how everything was connected: gut health, hormone signaling, immune response, and the nervous system.
Looking at health through an integrated systems lens changed everything.
As I addressed the root cause, my energy returned, the weight dropped, I came off all medications... all my symptoms resolved. And my body began to function the way it was designed to.
