For three decades, I struggled with maintaining a healthy weight. Despite being super active, keeping the weight off became harder as I aged. One day, I couldn’t zip up my favorite jeans, and I felt like a failure. I tried countless diets and workout programs, but nothing worked long-term. Then, my doctor mentioned stress as a possible root cause. This insight led me to investigate the complex interplay of stressors on my body.
By addressing these, my metabolism increased, and I began losing weight effortlessly. Over seven months, I lost 25 lbs, and eventually, 17 more. I’ve never felt happier, fitter, or more energized.
