
I've learned how to end the self sabotage and what food makes me feel great! But best of all I feel happier and lighter every day.
I have lost over 100 lbs, came off blood sugar medication and feel fantastic. I have more energy than I did when I was in my 20’s. My mind is the biggest change of all. I am more centered, focused and positive. I wake up happy and ready to start my day.

I've even had others comment on how my skin is glowing and ask me what I'm doing. But best of all I've been able to lower my antidepressant medications after 20+ years and I'm working to completely come off of all medications.
All in all, I believe that one of the most important things I have learned from my time with Karen is that I have choices. I have choices when it comes to spending just a few minutes throughout the day caring for myself- physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
The best results are all my blood work (blood pressure, cholesterol.... ) is all back in the normal range and I no longer need to take anxiety medication!

I lost 10 lbs in the first two weeks, was getting much more restful sleep, and my food tasted so much better! It’s been over two weeks since I did the reset and I lost another 4.5 lbs. It’s really amazing—you can visibly see the light shining in my eyes again!

I had been trying to lose weight exercising with cardio many times a week and eating smaller portions. I did this for months and months and instead of things improving they end up getting worse. Clothes start to get tighter to the point that I had to finally bite the bullet by the next size up because it was just way too uncomfortable. Karen’s approach root cause really interested me. I knew there was something wrong. I was doing what I’ve always been told to do but it wasn’t working.
After working with Karen we identified All the root causes. One of my root causes was a couple of food items that I was eating quite a bit of on a daily basis and had no idea so once we figured that out things started to change. I started to feel better right away. I’ve lost 23 lbs and 21 inches and finally fit back into my normal clothes, my headaches went away, my cholesterol came back to a healthy range and my digestive issues disappeared. I feel so better and happy.
